Data Retention

All user data is stored securely in Supabase databases located in the European Union. We retain your email address and account settings for as long as your account remains open. Usage data is retained for up to 12 months to support analytics and service improvements. If you close your account, we will delete your information within 90 days.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PureSignup:

• Supabase - Supabase provides our database infrastructure. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest within Supabase's EU-based servers.
• Cloudflare - Cloudflare provides our content delivery network (CDN), DDoS protection services, and serverless deployment for SvelteKit.
• Google Analytics - We use Google Analytics to track visitor statistics and analyze usage patterns to improve our service. Analytics data is anonymous.
• Stripe - Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe and we do not have access to your full card information.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
